All NBI applications need to be processed by the Consulate including fingerprinting and verification of the passport holder. The cost at the consulate is $45.

The applications can either be submitted by a representative of the applicant which requries authorisation of the applicant and the identification of the representative or lodged via the Mailed Clearance Section of the NBI.
